Are Fever, Cough And Red Dots On Penis Symptoms Of STD?
I had unprotected sex 2 weeks ago, vaginal intercourse, I don't know her status. 2 days later I had ballonig foreskin and 2 days after that I had a fever that turned into a runny nose and a cough with I still slightly have. I went for all STD tests including RNA test on day 3 after possible exposure. Everything was negative but I'm now terrified as over the passed two days I have had random itching all over my body. Some tiny red dots have appeared on my penis head but a doctor didn't think they were anything to worry about. I am losing sleep and constantly have this on my mind.

Earliest manifestation of HIV can occur 6-8 weeks after the last high risk exposure if one got infected. You had your fever, running nose,cough earlier than 6 weeks, so they could not be due to HIV. Swelling of Foreskin might be due to injury or other skin infection other than HIV.
It is better to repeat your tests for HIV/STD once again after completion of 4 weeks.
