Dr. Kshitij Bhatnagar sees the patients with the speed of light in order to finish off as many patients possible in the shortest time. Hence he does not have time to properly listen to the patients' problems or properly explain the problem being faced by the patients. Also, before surgery he doesnot clearly explain all that is going to be done during the surgery and how much it would cost.
