I appreciate your advice on my situation. My brain trauma has left me with some truly troubling regression and loss in short term memory and such. The cysts are quite large, as they begin in my lower lumbar and descend into my sacral region Your assistance is appreciated and I will consult my neurologist, once I find another one, regards nads and the tranquil states reached through yoga and music. I think your advice has been sound, thorough and has left me with some new directions to take. Constant pain as you are aware, can cause one to become almost a hermit.

As I stated before, Dr. Dariush is great at establishing a good Dr/patient relationships which amazes me that he can do this so well through an online medical site. His response time is not just very quick but his answers are detailed with explanations that are extremely easy to understand and humorous at times - part of that Dr./patient relationship. I do hope that some day I'm able to see him and his treatment team to see if he/they can help me more than what other professionals have been able to, particularly since he believe each patient requires a treatment plan designed specifically for his/her factors...something I believe very strongly in myself

He is AWESOME at answering questions in a way anybody would understand. I love how even online on a site like this it is very clear he builds a very good Dr./patient relationship. Which to me is vital as a patient. Wish I could see him, I obviously have no Dr/patient relationships with the Dr's that should be treating this health issue for me.

Dr. Dariush, didn't just research and respond by copy/pasting an answer to me. He took the extra time to word his response to my questions in away that not just I but anyone reading it would gain understanding. His Dr/patient relationships skills is evident even on an online site like this

I think that sometimes Dr. Saghafi use too many words while providing his services , but in the end the answer can be easily found and it's a good start point for further medical inquiries

Dr. Saghafi's answer was very helpful and concise, in addition, the links he provided gave me even more helpful information. Well done.
