Dr. Saghafi, Thank you for your prompt response. The issue I have occurred seven years ago and was resolved by doses of Indomethacin. This recurrence that transpired after my exposure to smoke from a charcoal grill was a nearly identical set of symptoms. Your advice is well said and will be well taken. Five stars from me on your promptness and projected diagnosis of my condition. Randy

I count it very blessed indeed to have received such a thorough medical review and explanation to my condition rather than just some trite pat answer to appease my medical curiosity of the diagnosis. I also saw that you gave an email address if I wanted to give you an update of my progress and current prognosis.
