Dear Dr Ravinder Sharma. Thank you for your suggestions, I will certainly now visit my GP to arrange further consultations. It could certainly be Exercise Induced Asthma as the symptoms only present themselves during exercise. He still has to clear his throat daily particularly in the mornings and has to cough out watery like bile which is agrivating and unpleasant for him, would this have an association with asthma?
