Thank you Doctor - The reply was more than enough, considering the info I provided. I went to a dentist to get the issue addresses as it involved cleaning and fixing. Thanks again.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. Got an idea of the problem and went to a known dentist to get it corrected. It turns out, i needed to have a root canal. I would have been happier if some antibiotics to take care of the pain were suggested, for there was a lot of pain(due to the pus that formed there), my doctor dod suggest me that and it was helpful.
