The answer was fine. I probably should have given him a 4STARS, maybe even 5 stars. The advice he gave was solid and good - confirmed by what I learned when I finally got to my doctor. The format took longer than I anticipated, but I don't imagine that's the doctor's fault. I wish I had known how long it would take. It would have been less frustrating. I also couldn't manage the technology to provide the requested photo. The doctor's answer was clear and succinct. I think my review has more to do with ASK A DOCTOR, than Dr. Heijebu. ASK A DOCTOR seems like a great idea for people without other options. I was afraid to call my doctor over the week-end, and that is what I should have done so I could ask follow-up questions. Which is what ended up happening.
