16 Years Old. Increased Heart Rate After Doing Exercise. Is There Any Problem?

Question: Hi i have been noticing for a while that my hart has been pupming really hard even efter very little exercise. I am only 16 years and am worried can you help me to find the problem?
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I understand your concern.
Exercise increases heart rate. Palpable or disturbing sensation of increased heart rate is called palpitations.
Are you having palpitations?
Is it only during exercise or during rest too?
Are you feeling weak or feverish too?
If you are having palpitations during minimal exercise or at rest, kindly consult a physician. You might need an ECG.
Transient palpitations are no reason to worry.
Take rest for a few days. Drink plenty of fluids.
If you have any further queries, you are free to consult me.
Hope this answers your query. Wishing you speedy recovery. Have a nice day.

Ok yes i do have the palpitations during rest too and also feel weak alot and am tired most of the time. What is an ecg?
Thanks,
Weakness causes palpitations on exercise.
Please take a break and take a well-needed rest. I hope the palpitations will disappear.
An ECG is an electrocardiograph. There is no harm in getting it done.
Wishing you a fast recovery.
Bye
