Question: My son is 3.5 years old and he always cry without any tears, rather I say he shouts all the time. Even if we could not understand what he is thinking, he starts crying. Sometimes I think whether he is mentally fit? What to do?

You mentioned your 3.5 yrs old child cries all the time without tears. He rather shouts all the time. Can you tell me whether he shows signs of temper tantrum? What makes him settle? Can he puts words in to sentences?
