Can Predcort Ds Cause Temper Tantrums And Mood Swings?

hi my 19 mth old son has a lung infection, he was prescribed predcort ds oral liquid 24mls once daily for two days so he had it yesterday and today. he always had these temper tantrums but they are so severe now and he has these mood swings. could this be a reaction to the medication
