Hello XXXX,
You mean sexual excitement? During such times, lot of physical changes also occur in the body along with the mental or neurological changes. But a pain should not occur. Also bleeding between periods is not normal. Therefore it is better to consult a gynaecologist at the earliest . Contact me for treatment.

Brief Answer:
Hello XXXX , Thanks for the follow up query.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX ,
It was written in your query that you get pain in your abdomen during intimacy. I understood it to be during sexual excitement, or foreplay during the beginning of sexual intercourse.
During that time, you may have several physical changes occurring in your body especially in the pelvic area all with the purpose of making you ready to accept the erected penis of your partner but all of them should be within a bearable limit and in no case should be painful. If there is pain in abdomen during sexual excitement ( intimacy according to your query) or foreplay you need to be investigated thoroughly to diagnose your problems in the abdomen.
You have also written in the query that you also bleed between periods. Therefore I answered that bleeding from vagina in between periods or during sexual excitement or even during sexual intercourse is not normal and also should be subjected to investigations.
Get all investigations done at the earliest and get back to me again with more information about you.
I am attaching a case record to help you to expand your case. You may kindly fill it and send back to me. I can suggest Homoeopathic treatment for you to cure your health problems.
With Best Wishes,
