Actually you have to be examined for why your periods are irregular. Coming to Primolut-N. It is to be taken 5mg twice daily for 10 days starting 3 days before the expected period. Then within 3-7 days of stopping the medication, you will get period. If you do this for 2 cycles, your periods will most probably regularize. Once your periods regularize, it will be easier for you to conceive. If still your problem persists, contact a gynecologist.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
