Dear XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us.

Relax. Masturbation is a harmless sexual activity which in no manner affects our body badly. The frequency of masturbation in different individuals varies as the frequency of actual sex varies. Some people do it daily and some occasionally. It has no bad physical effects. It does no harm any organ in your body including your sexual organ and reproductive organs. By no means it predisposes you to early or premature ejaculation. You will be surprised to know that it (masturbation) is being used by Sex therapists to treat patients with premature ejaculation.

It is only harmful when you have a guilt about it or you are always preoccupied with it. Both the conditions are psychological issues rather than physical issues.

Feel free to discuss further.

Dear XXXXXXX

Most important factors in any relationship are love, faithfulness and respect. Look out for them. No special precautions are required but you must read/ discuss about contraception, family planning, healthy sexual practices and a bit about sexually transmitted diseases. You can take help of a marriage counsellor in this regard. A healthy sexual life is dependent upon healthy body; try to exercise, jog daily. Refrain from thinking negative about yourself or life.

Job related stress has many aspects. If you are worried about targets, then you must understand that it is a part of every aspect of life. One problem is achieving targets itself (which is a purely professional matter) and second is, how anxious we are about it. We can always minimize the second part by analyzing, introspection & meditating.

General principles are
1. Try to make sure that you follow rules and discipline of the company.
2. They say half of your worries are over if you know your job well. So try to do your work with sincerity and with commitment. Dissect your job into small tasks and complete them one by one. Try to make a schedule for yourself and stick to it.
3. Respect your seniors and try to accommodate juniors.
3. Once you are not lacking in your responsibilities, you can look forward to tackle office politics which is a part of every office. Best way is to ignore them and not be a part of polarization. If at all it is not feasible try not to do any wrong or harm to any one.

Best of luck
Sincerely
Sukhvinder Singh
