1. Because you are taking Tufacne thus you were taking in ORAL form and not as Topical/Cutaneous.
2. Were acne evident on the body or face because it is not to be given in cases of acne on face.
3. Apart from hair thinning it also causes elevation of Triglycerides,Liver function test (LFT), Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR), and blood glucose, so please check with your Laboratory regarding the same.
4. Were/are you taking any Vitamin A supplements/Diet along with current medication.
5. Please mention about your food habits along with appetite for consideration of “Digestion” on which Ayurveda medicine usually depends.
6. Preventive aspect is given below:
. Check with your Attending Doctor/Dermatologist regarding the Adverse Drug reaction of the medicine an Vitamin A level (if possible)
. Avoid oily,spicy,fried,and left over food.
. Avoid too much exposure to heat,dry and windy climate.
. Avoid combing wet hair,cover your hair while driving bike or traveling to prevent undue exposure to pollutants.
. Avoid Stress and have a good sleep, along with regular morning walk of 45 minutes.
. Massage lightly with Mahabhringraj oil at night (before retiring to bed)
. Soap nut(रीठा),along with shikakai+bhringraj and XXXXXXX acts as natural conditioner. (do tell about the quality of your hair: (whether normal-oily-dry)
7. If your Vitamin level comes out to be normal,then you ca take Vitamin A XXXXXXX diet like (carrot,milk,papaya,cantaloupe,pumpkin,mango,squash,kale) along with vitamin B (milk,eggs,nuts,mushrooms,green vegetables,cereals,pasta)
