Fibroadenosis is the most common cause of breast lumps in women of reproductive age. Basically it is characterized by overgrowth fibrous tissue and epithelial elements (ducts and lobules). Duct ectasia is a condition in which the lactiferous duct becomes blocked.

This occurs due to hormonal changes in the body and not a diseases. So there is nothing to worry.

Do you have any symptoms like breast pain, discharge, nipple retraction?

Treatment depends on the symptoms.
