Question: Can you tear your meniscus twice? I've already had arthroscopic surgery about 6 years ago

While unusual, it is theoretically possible to tear a meniscus twice. I imagine you are asking because you are dealing with pain or swelling or limited mobility.

The only true way to assess for a tear would be to have a focused examination and an MRI to assess the knee. If your symptoms persist or worsen this would be a reasonable approach.
