What Precautions Should Be Taken After A Grade II Tear Of Posterior Horn Of Medial Meniscus Over Knee?

i have a grade II tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus over my left knee. i am 35 yrs old woman , height is 5ft 4 inches, weight is 62 kgs and i displaced my knee joint which i pushed back in place immediately after the fall. i do not want to undergo surgery. what precautions should i take ...can i put crepe bandage over the knee ...what should be the rest period....the fall happened 5 days back.

Physiotherapy and a rest period of a couple of weeks can help improve the situation. Joint injections of steroids or hyaluronic acid can help too.
