Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understand your concerns.
Your symptoms aren't typical for cardiac issues. Heart problems doesn't last for a week but most likely the pain is related to GERD exacerbation. As long as the ecg are normal you shouldn't worry about heart attack.
However I would recommend to do the following exams (if you haven't done recently):
- Blood work
- Cardiac echo
- Stress test
- Abdominal echo
- Upper endoscopy
Meantime I would suggets to take the following treatment to relieve the symptoms:
- Prilosec 2 time per day (PPI)
- Gaviscon (antacids)
- Xanax or other anxiolitics
Wish you health!
