Are Primolut N And Mefanamic Acid Safe While Breast Feeding?
Question: I have been bleeding with clots for about 2 wks after 12 weeks postpartum,i had my baby boy by C section and I am exclusively breast feeding,my Doc prescribed primolut N and mefanamic acid, it safe while breasfeeding?need help

You can also try one tablet of methergine and also tablet tranexamic acid to reduce the bleed. But if the clots do not stop even with these medicines after 5 days then get a sonography and follow up with me.
