What Is The Cause For Heavy Bleeding During Periods?

i had a hysteroscopy 7 weeks ago and was diagnosed with a unicornuate uterus.
I am still bleeding heavily (much more than normal period for me) and am flooding frequently.
Tranexamic acid is not stopping it or even slowing it and I am at my wits end.
Can anyone offer any advice?

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Hysteroscopy will not cause heavy bleeding, go for USG pelvis, thyroid profile, consult your gynecologist if endometrial thickness is increased.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
