Are Ranitidine, Brodex, Kofgard, Clarithromycin And Omnacortil Too Much Medication For Cough?

Question: my son ayansh 1 year old of 10 kgs is suffering from cough..i went to a doc in my native place(not my routine doctor)..he has prescribed 5 medicines after phyaically diagonsia dor bronchititis - kofgard syrup 3.5 ml 3 times a day, brodex syrup 3.5 ml 3 times a day, ranitidine oral 5 ml 2 times a day, omnacortin syrup(prednosolone sodium), kleth 125(clarithromycin) 3.5ml twice a day..in many of my family friends opinion, there are 2 many medicines for cough and also the dosage is high as per his age..pl advice as i am out of my place till.next week..

thanks a lot doctor.is the dosage correct for 10kg and 1 year old boy i.e. clarirhromycin 3.5 ml twice a day and omnacortin 3.5 ml twice a day..also, we have already given the other medicines for 3 times, i hope it does not create any unnecessary problem
