Are Ursocol And Fenofibrate Right Medication For Fatty Liver?

Question: Sir, I am suffering from Grade I fatty infiltration with mild hepatomegaly, my liver function is normal. I having high tg around 380 unit. I have consulted with Dr and he advised me to stop drinking and start taking Ursocol 450 SR and Fenofibrate 160 after dinner and Omega 3 fatty acid with Vit E. But I fell depress and insomia by stopping Alcohol. So, I have consulted with an Phycratist. He prescribe me Zohep/Honey Liv 10 medicines two times before food, Qutan SR 100 once at night, Felicita OD after lunch and Acampratose Calcium 333 thrice daily ( to be taken after 10 days of stopping alcohol). After taking these medicines especially Qutan SR 100 I fell very weak next day also at night my hand becomes steep. What are these medecines used for and will I get any benefit to reverse the fatty liver or should I consult the Dr for the problem I am facing or whether it will be adjusted with time.

Thank you for your advice. But Quitepine make me weak and sleepy the next day also, should I lower the dose or consult with prescribed Dr. or it will adjusted with time since just I have started it.

How many days it will take to reverse the fatty liver. I have learnt that Tricoline Citrate helps in reducing fatty liver, whether it will be helpful.

Regarding diet can I take chicken meat, fish etc.

Yes.Quetiapine can make you sleepy for initial few days..I recommend to gradually reduce the dosage gradually and stop the drug..

Fatty liver is nearly irreversible but will not majorly impact healthy life..Avoiding alcohol is the best way i can think of..

Regarding diet,my practical or personal experience is to avoid chicken(broiler)..
