Question: There has been some times where i only see black, like my sight goes away but only last about 30 seconds then its all clear again could that be similiar to the ocular migraines i get? No pain. I did have a headache lastnight kinda behind my eye and if i pressed on my eye it felt better i just slept it off.

Brief Answer:
watch it

Detailed Answer:
My dear
Thanks for sending your query to us.
A approximately 30 second blackout is unlikely to migraine. Migrain is a shimmering white scintillating scotoma which is in a small area and is followed by headache.
This is likely to be a vascular phenomenon for which you are to have your baseline investigation like bp,blood sugar and lipid profile. Also have eye examination and fundus examination if any clue is found.
Any further query in this regard please do get back to me.
