Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You are experiencing an inflammatory reaction to certain joints, shoulders and the inner joint of the collarbone. This is associated with fever as you have mentioned. this needs some blood work up with a doctor specialized in joint inflammation (rheumatologist). Meanwhile, continue the medications which you are using. You may take Diclofenac potassium for a faster response to pain relief. You may ice the painful area. You can use pain patches, Diclofenac or Buprenorphine (which needs to be prescribed by your doctor).

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. George Verghese, Orthopedic Surgeon
