What about low testosterone contributing to constipation, slow digestion? Any good sources?
Brief Answer:
no link with it either...
Detailed Answer:
There's no link with low testosterone either...
If you have constipation of recent onset then investigation is required. A colonoscopy is a very good test of the colon and will rule out all serious diagnoses. Any drugs you may take have to be reviewed and perhaps stopped one by one in turn to see what's (if any) is causing it.
Fiber, water, physical activity and regular visits to the WC are very important in overcoming such difficulties. Have you done any tests for calcium, thyroid function or any other test?
If no cause can be identified and there is a sudden change in bowel habits you'd better consider the colonoscopy soon.
Kind Regards!
