Are Dizziness And Fatigue Symptoms Of Hypoglycaemia?
Low salt and carbohydrates causing he symptoms in my opinion
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. With strenuous exercise, a healthy nutritious diet is mandatory. I am sure you must have heard that eating small and nutritious meals more frequently (5-6 times a day) is much better for your metabolism in comparison to having 2-3 larger meals.
These frequent smaller meals help provide the body with nutrition, as well as help maintain the blood sugar levels at a normal level. With the vigorous exercise regimen, I am guessing your intake of carbohydrates has reduced or you seem to be eating smaller meals less frequently, which in my opinion would have resulted in a drop in blood sugar levels (hypoglycaemia) which has resulted in the dizziness and fatigue.
Along with this, your blood pressure also seems mildly low, which could be the result of a low salt intake. Please make sure you eat more frequently, if you wish to avoid these symptoms.
Please observe that when you do have these dizziness spells (possibly along with a headache), having a meal might help relieve it. If this is the case, then the cause for your symptoms is confirmed. Please avoid hypoglycaemia, as it is not good for the body, especially the brain.
I hope you find my response helpful. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.
Best wishes.
