Are Extreme Fatigue And Body Aches Signs Of Perimenopause?
Question: Hi my body has ached for over 6 months now. No doctor can figure out what's wrong? No medical or natural path :(. I have always been very active mom and grandma. I'm 56 and miserable. Can you help? I've tried every supplement and detox. I eat pretty healthy, I'm small built at less than 120 pounds and 5'3". My blood work is pretty normal and I'm at a complete loss at what to do next. It's getting quite depressing now. I do feel really tired and don't sleep great. Some nights are better than others. This just isn't normal for me. I had a small surgery early January and May have had a little too much anesthesia and a month after that I got this and have not been able to kick it. I have had a few good days but they are getting less and less
