Brief Answer:
it is a normal phenomenon. if any complaints then worrisome

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Whenever we yawn there is a temporary increase in negative pressure in chest which causes giving more space to heart to expand.
This inturn causes heart to fill up more than normal.
Sometimes it can cause to skip a few beats which is ok.
If you are having any complaints like feeling dizzy, syncope, chest pain, blurring of vision or sudden tiredness then it is something to be worried of any need to take some action.
From what you have mentioned you seem to be in pjysically and cardiac wise in healthy state.
If you are worried about this you can consult a cardiologist. Get a ECG done. If required an echo can also be done if the cardiologist felt the need to.
Low heart rate is a sign of healthy heart.
So I would say the same that there is no need to be worried about.
If you have any of the above complaints then kindly consult a cardiologist for further investigations.
I hope i have answered your query well.
If you have any more query kindly write back to me will be happy to answer them.
Thank you
