Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic, I have gone through your question very diligently and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
Since you don't have a recurrent problem, so you need not to worry at all. However I would advise you for a battry of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC, Liver function test, blood sugar, thyroid test, lipid profile and ECG to rule out any organic cause of the syncope. If you have these reports with you than upload me the reports.
if all the test reports comes normal, than you need not to even think that you have such a problem?
However I would like further information like your weight height, built and relevant medical and family history for better assessment of the condition.
Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Best wishes

No specific test for vasovagal shock, it's a clinical diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again and thanks for the follow up question.
There is no specific test for vasovagal shock, it's just a clinical diagnosis. I would advise you keep a regular check for blood pressure.
Tests is only required when you feel it's a recurrent problem and you want to clear your doubts otherwise not indicated.
You can visit any nearest laboratory or diagnostic center for these tests.
Weight gain depends upon dietary intake and physical activity. I would advise you to take lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Try to avoid fatty fried and junk food.
Exercise regularly or at least 5 days a week.
Hope I could answer your question, do let me know if you have any more queries.
Best wishes
