Brief Answer:
Information about testing

Detailed Answer:
Hello -

The only way to know, for anyone (i.e. I am not saying this because of the particular symptoms) is to get an HIV test done.

The dizziness, dry mouth, and white coating on tongue are not necessarily symptoms of HIV.

Given that it has been over 1 month, if you get a Fourth Generation HIV test done at this time, it will be 95% accurate, which is pretty good! A confirmatory test done at 3 months after exposure is nearly 100% accurate.

So I recommend you get an HIV test done now, and repeat it in 1 1/2 months from now.

Here is some additional information about testing: http://i-base.info/guides/testing/what-is-the-window-period

If possible, please don't worry about it - just get a test.
