Are Small White Bumps On The Vagina Signs Of HPV?

complicated situation
Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for your question.
It is hard to tell what is going on without doing an exam and some testing. If you think there is a chance that you have an STI then you need to see a doctor or go to a clinic and get tested. HPV comes in several forms. One form is a wart and this is possibly the bump you are feeling but there are many other causes of bumps. The type of HPV is not the kind that puts you at risk for cancer of the cervix. The best way to make sure you do not have the kind of HPV that puts you at risk for cancer is to get regular pap smears starting at 21 years old. You can also talk to your doctor about the HPV vaccine.
Most STIs cause vaginal discharge, itching or pelvic pain. Some STIs can progress to a more serious infection called pelvic inflammatory disease so you want to get treated as soon as possible if you have an STI to prevent this.
If you live in the US, most health departments have free STI screening and treatment clinics. If you do not live in the US please find a doctor and get an exam as soon as possible.
