Hello,,

You have a history of pain in the lower abdomen with clumpy vaginal discharge. You feel dizzy and have hard time breathing. Since you have a hard time breathing you are suggested to visit ER, get clinically examined and get medical aid urgently if required. You may need intravenous support to get your vitals normal. Your symptoms are indicative of UTI, Yeast infection, dehydration, anemia, poor general health, etc. You have not given any menstrual history or history of the past illness.

You will have to go through blood tests, urinalysis (R/E and C.S), STD and few more tests that may be required to get treatment started. In the meantime, stay well hydrated. clumpy vaginal discharge is commonly due to yeast infection, a course of Metronidazole (Flagyl) orally works well. You can also insert Metronidazole vaginal suppositories in the vagina at bed time for 3-5 days. If sexually active, avoid sex for a couple of days. Take home made balanced food rich in calcium, iron, & protein.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
