Could Missed Periods, Sore Breast And Vaginal Discharge After Being Off Mirena Indicate Pregnancy?

I had my mirana taken out on July 24... I started my period immediately after... I had unprotected sex on august2... Now its the 25th of august and still no period yet I have sore breast, vaginal discharge with no odour or itching,irritability,and headache... Iv taken two test since missed period but that both said negative... I'm scared something may be wrong other then pregnancy... Or maybe I'm pregnate... I have three kids so I know Im taking the test right... Please tell me what I need to do...

Such menstrual irregularities and other adverse symptoms are to be expected on Mirena removal. Take a pregnancy test if you do not get your period within next week.
