Are Spotting And Vaginal Discharge Normal During Peri Menopause?
Question: I am a 52 year old woman who has XXXXXXX diagnosed with having peri menopause.
I just started exercising regularly in the past few weeks, and noticed a discharge today when sk went to the bathroom. There is no smell and no blood appears when I wipe. I am not sure what to make of it.

Yes I am changing my diet to a more low-calorie one and trying to do more natural foods The multivitamin is one s day women for menopause
