Doctor, is it possible to give me some idea of what exactly happens, in this situation, as when he ultimately came out of it, his lips were white and hands cold. Was it a fall in his blood pressure? Was there anything specific that I should have done at that time? And what could possibly have happened if I had not noticed it?
Brief Answer:
Lot of fluids.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, again.
No it does not cause significant low blood pressure, but blood pressure does fall a little.
If you would have not noticed it , nothing serious would have happen, just a little sedation.
Lot of fluids, a cup of hot Tea or coffee will all help him when ever it happens again, but as I have suggested please consult your doctor who has prescribed it before stopping it permanently.
You are welcome if any thing else,or you can close the query by rating the answer.
Good luck.
