Hi,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for your query!

As per your question yes lets first talk about heart. There are a number of test which can rule out the ongoing or future coronary artery disease related possibilities.

Tread mill test-An exercise stress test is primarily used to help us to determine if your heart receives enough oxygen and proper blood flow when it needs it most, such as when you are exercising.

2d echo-This test is used to look at how blood flows through the heart chambers, heart valves, and blood vessels.
Combined together their sensitivity is more then 85% to rule out CAD event.Should be repeated every year.

A thallium stress test is a nuclear imaging test that shows how well blood flows into the heart while you're exercising or at rest. This test is also called a nuclear stress test.Sensitivity of the test is almost 98% to rule out CAD.

Lipid profile should be done every six months.
Serum C-reactive proteins and Lipoprotein-a are indicator of future risk of cardiac events.

For cancer,

Genetic testing can be done,It looks for specific inherited changes (mutations) in a person’s chromosomes, genes, or proteins.
Apart from that complete body MRI scan can be done to rule out any abnormal tissue activity.
Thanks
