Question: Is it a bad idea to take spironolactane, levofloxscin and diflucan at same time?

Only exceptions are common side effects or life threatening complications which are avoided hence. The drug combination you mentioned can potentiate symptoms of tinnitus specially levofloxacin but it's use for short interval can be continued keeping in view the reason for its advisement and if other alternate antibiotic can't be used (as in cases of cultures and sensitivity showing sensitivity only to it or no oral alternate is avaialbe) or if first few doses are tolerated well but if symptoms are debilitating or worsening, same can be avoided.
