Suggest Treatment For Sore Neck And Sudden Onset Of Severe Tinnitus In Both Ears

hello, feb.15, 2012 woke up with sore neck and sudden onset of severe tinnitus in both ears - neck super sore for months and is now bit better, have the ringing 24/7 and am going crazy. hearing problems ruled out. face and scalp sensitive and when craning neck can affect volume of tinnitus - can make sound waves by squeezing my hands or feet and feel it resonate throughout body- have severe headaches, neck pain is ongoing - fatigued and fed up!!
last 6 months ongoing frequent urination and now strong odor and waking me up several times a night to urinate then frustrated due to ringing so I use .5 to 1 mg of lorazapam a day to sleep or if just too annoyed. at my witts end! doctors can not seem to sympathize or help. its a strange disease doctors are flummoxed. i'm 49 overweight but can not do much due to fatigue and when I walk it increases ringing for a few hours after. I used to smoke pot but have quit - my diet is not the best but am trying to change this and lose weight. had super stressful break up when onset came. now I am losing my will to live.
