Hello,
Hamstring spasticity can be treated by medicines and surgery. But before I advise you on anything I would like to know a few details about your illness.
1. Have you been diagnosed as having cerebral palsy?

2. Yes, off and on since Elementary School. It hasn't ever produced the lasting results I have been aiming for.
3. I have tried, but there isn't anywhere around where I live that does that.

Brief Answer:
You need gait analysis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Recent studies has shown that doing surgery without Gait analysis is not right because it can cause more harm we operate wrong muscle. If we are sure that that hamstring is the cause then we can treat it with two methods.
1. Botulinum toxin is injected in tight muscle- this injection should be given for paralyzing muscle and then physiotherapy should be done , soon body become habitual for it.
2. Other method is surgical method by which results are permanent but surgery is permanent and so has to be done after proper testing.
So you can meet an orthopaedic surgeon and discuss both options and choose any one. I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks.
