Are Vertigo And Shaky Vision Symptoms Of Migraine Or Seizure?

Question: Every week, at least 3 days a week, I get a weird sensation in my head that feels almost like a vibration feeling, and simultaneously my vision either shakes, or goes away for a few seconds. This happened for the first time about 3 weeks ago. After the sensation goes away my head usually has a weird dull pain for 10-15 minutes. I do suffer with migraines with Ora and have for over 10 years, but this new sensation is new and is worrying me. Is this something that could be related to Migraines or some sort of seizure?
Brief Answer:
MRI Brain/EEG

Hi XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.
With this medical history, the closest possibility I can think of is atypical seizures. So,a MRI of brain with epilepsy protocol and an electroencephalogram(EEG) should be done to evaluate for the same.
Such short lasting episodes are less likely due to migraine.
If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer.
