No worries for now, another vaginal ultrasound
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,
The evolution of the Beta HCG levels, is reassuring. However, a transvaginal ultrasound done at this age with a fetal pole detected is a good sign. Rising Beta HCG levels is also reassuring.
Lack of fetal heart beat with the transvaginal is not definitive with regards to the vitality of this pregnancy. This is so because because the gestational age or pregnancy is relatively still small. A transvaginal ultrasound at this age might be difficult to see fetal heart beat and might require some experience.
I strongly suggest another transvaginal ultrasound in a weeks time. I really think there is no need to bother now.
Get another Transvaginal ultrasound done. For now, the Beta HCG levels and the detection of the fetal pole, are all reassuring. Too early to bother for now.
