Brown Spot Appeared On Wrist, Top Of Hand And Back Of Arm. How To Treat This?

Question: My wrist, top of hand and back of arm has has brown spots show up a few days after returning from Mexico, they are flat, not itchy and look like liver spots; I'm only 33 and have never had freckles or spots so it's bizarre they just came out of nowhere. There is about 20 spots.

Thanks for the query.
Although melanoma (cancer) occur suddenly but not so rapidly as you mentioned.
I would like to see the lesions before commenting further.
Kindly upload a few photographs of the lesions.
The definitive diagnosis can be said only after biopsy.
I would suggest regarding biopsy after seeing the lesions.

Thanks for the photographs.
It does not look like malignant lesion.

Just watch for the following things.
1. Pain or thickness in lesions.
2. bleeding from the lesions.
3. continuous increase in the size of lesion.

The above indicate malignant change.
If any of the above occur kindly get a biopsy done.
