Slightly higher. If not clinical then don't worry. Can follow closely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.
Yes, the values of the liver enzymes are slightly higher, not as much higher though. It may be a hepatitis which is caused by Accutane, but it becomes clinical if the values of the liver enzymes go higher then 200. I would say to continue to follow them up weekly or once in 2 weeks. We don't expect the values to increase more, and in some people who are not under this medications we would say to not owrry about. It is your daughter choice in this stage to decide to stop the medication, of follow the liver enzymes.
The recommendations say say that If abnormal liver function test results develop and persist during isotretinoin therapy, the patient should discontinue the drug and investigate the cause of the abnormality. So, if your daughter decide to stop it, she would expect to see a normalization of those values. Otherwise she needs to do other tests to rule out the cause of those values.
I see you wanted to add something more. Please follow up with me to clarify what you wanted to say or if you had other questions.
Otherwise please close and rate the answer.

Dr. Papaqako
Consider an abdominal ultrasound
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It could be more liver related or pancreatic, but at some extent related with gallbladder too.
I will suggest to consider doing an abdominal ultrasound so she checks the sizes and view of liver, pancreas and gallbladder.
If normal, then no worries because the liver functions enzymes stay high even after stopping Accutane, and those values are not significant clinically.
Hope this helps. Let me know if anymore questions.
