Can Allegra Cause Stomach Pain?

Question: I am having allergy -Hive so i have been adviced to take Allegra 120mg.Its been 2nd week of my medication but now i am feeling a mild stomach pain every evening since last two days.
Can it be medicine side effect?

P.S: I missed 1 dose last week

In some patients it is seen that abdominal pain and discomfort may be present with long use of Fexofenadine (Alegra).
I would advise that you can take Omeprazole 20 mg once a day for relief from your symptoms. You should consult your treating doctor for substituting it with another antihistamine, if needed.
