Hello,

Your symptoms suggest the probability of a possible miscarriage, an abortion, ectopic pregnancy, adenomyosis, endometriosis or (PCOD) polycystic ovarian disease. Your condition needs urgent clinical examination and ultrasound test for finding out the exact cause and initiating appropriate treatment. Please do go to the ER before you bleed too much.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
