Brief Answer:
You should not use it without doctors consult.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

It is not a good idea to start gum treatment with Ampiclox (combined of Ampicillin and Cloxacillin). Usually in case of gum bacterial infection, Amoxicillin is enough in the first therapy.
Moreover, if there is any abscess present in the gum, it should be drained before antibiotic treatment. Please note that abscess contains dead white blood cells and bacteria. As there is no blood vessels inside the abscess, antibiotic can hardly reach it.

So in simple words:
- Ampiclox will help in case of bacterial gum infection for sure
- you should not take it without dentist consult
- you should have it checked by a dentist for possible abscess and teeth problem

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
