Can Bhang Cause Impaired Perception, Attention And Judgement?
Question: my brother in law is talking nonsense for 15 days and repetedly says that he is unable to judge things. plz guide us what to do? He use some bhang for last 18 years

Your brother should undergo detailed higher mental functions examination by a neurologist,who can then,plan the investigations accordingly.
However,your brother appears to have delirium and should undergo basic investigations like -
Serum electrolytes
Kidney function tests
Blood sugar
Liver function tests
serum ammonia
Further,getting a MRI of Brain can reveal whether brain parenchyma is normal or not,as I said the chronic bhang use can damage brain tissue.
