Can Bystolic And Sertraline Be Taken Together?

Body will take some time to adapt to these medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing HCM for query.
As per your query.
-Yes Bystolic and Sertraline can be taken together.Bystolic 10mg is a high dose,It is a betablocker and apart from lowering the blood pressure it cause the pulse to slow down.Taken together both of them can add to side effects of each other therefore its better to take Sertraline in mornin(if you don't feel too drowsy) and Bystolic in night seperated by atleast 12 hours to minimise the side effects.
Initially your body will take few days to settle down with these drugs,So don't panic. Most of the problems will subside in a week. However if they don't you can ask your primary consultant to change the medications.Paroxetine is much better and safer then sertraline.
Thanks.
