If aged 71 can person still live 10-15 years with copd n also a triple hearbypass was done 4 year ago.

Smokin stopped yes . Does have high bp but in control at present

Has vaccination yes and not sure which inhaler exact but he does get frequent coughs and chest infections

So en roll him in Pulmonary Rehabilitation center where chest physiotherapy and deep breathing exercises are done.
Both these will prevent recurrent lung infection and improve lung functions and thus improve survival rate.
