Brief Answer:
minor risk of increased blood pressure lowering

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Coveram contains a combination of amlodipine and perindopril.

There is a minor risk of interaction with amlodipine. The combination of amlodipine and cialis may potentially cause a further decrease in blood pressure/ hypotension because of their similar mechanism of action (they both cause blood vessels to dilate/relax).

It is possible that this decrease may not be significant for you , you may not have any effects from this.
If you do then increasing fluid intake (if not a problem eg if no history of heart failure), would help to increase the blood pressure

Summary: (1) minor risk of lowering of blood pressure but may not have a significant impact for you

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
